This is an extreme and persistent fear, aversion, or avoidance of sexual contact or activities. It may be related to traumatic experiences, negative beliefs about sex, or psychological factors.

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), also known as sexually transmitted infections (STIs), are infections that are spread primarily through sexual contact, including vaginal, anal, or oral sex. These infections can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or parasites. Here are some common sexually transmitted diseases:

Chlamydia
This is one of the most common bacterial STIs caused by the bacterium Chlamydia trachomatis. It can easily spread during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. If left untreated, it can lead to serious health complications, especially in women.

Gonorrhoea
Gonorrhoea caused by the bacterium Neisseria gonorrhoeae can be spread through sexual contact with an infected person. It mainly affects the genital area, but can also infect the rectum, throat, and eyes. If it is not treated it can cause serious health problems.

Syphilis
Syphilis, caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum, can be spread through sexual contact, which includes vaginal, anal, or oral sex. It progresses in stages and if left untreated, it can cause a variety of symptoms, affecting different parts of the body.
